Some of my career highlights
Led a team that took a underperforming site at -8% gross profit to 40% gross profit.
Led a team that passed four consecutive third party audits (AS9100 and NADCAP) with no findings.
Led a team on a Boeing aircraft structure that used lean tools to significantly improve lead and reliability resulting in doubling the gross profit and recapturing 50% of lost sales.
Participated in over 40 kaizen improvement events either as a participant, co-leader, leader or facilitator.
